The application of the series of postures make it one of the most useful methods to induce a healthy, vigorous, active life and at the same time results in expansion of awareness. We strengthen both internally and externally as we allow our practice to take us towards happiness - the goal of yoga and life - as we balance both intensity and total relaxation.

The last part of the session is spent in Yoga Nidra or ‘Yoga Sleep’. This versatile relaxation technique is appropriate for people who are looking for deep relaxation, stress management, to harmonize the deeper unconsciousness and to awaken inner potential. Yoga Nidra has its most widespread application as a preventative measure, to be practiced by healthy, active people as a means of relieving accumulated tension, increasing stress resistance, improving overall efficiency, and preventing the development of disease.
